01About

I design and lead the architecture of web and mobile products, from the first sketch to the store release, on the web and natively cross-platform with Flutter, with AI woven into how we build.

Over the last decade I've moved from UI/UX design into front-end engineering, and from there into architecture and team leadership. I care about interfaces that feel effortless, codebases that scale, and teams that ship with a calm, agile rhythm. Today I own frontend and mobile architecture end to end: analysis, estimates, risk, delivery. And I push AI hard in our day-to-day engineering: multi-agent workflows where models review and challenge each other, custom skills and MCP integrations, retrieval on vector databases and knowledge graphs, and the evals and observability that keep it all reliable in production.

    Leading mobile and front-end projects: cross-platform Flutter apps for iOS and Android alongside the web front-end. Architecture, analysis, estimates, risk assessment and coordination, while staying hands-on in development. Driving AI adoption across the team and into production: multi-agent orchestration with adversarial agent councils, custom agent skills and MCP servers wired into internal systems, RAG on vector databases and knowledge graphs with Graphiti, all backed by evals, observability and token-cost optimization.
